Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiates and implements improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational before and during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware & hardware errors and breakages.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization and adhere to standards and practices.
