Legends Global seeks a Ticket Seller to handle ticket sales for shows and events, delivering friendly customer service and accurate cash handling. Opens/closes the window, dispenses tickets, processes payments, and maintains daily sales records.

The role requires a High School Degree or 1-year related experience, with strong math and communication skills. Flexibility to work daytime/evening/weekends/holidays is preferred.

Formación

• High School Degree or 1-year related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and or closes ticket window as required.
• Accurately dispenses tickets as requested; accepts payment and makes changes accurately.
• Maintains accurate count when selling tickets; balances sales and change bank and submits cash to Box Office supervisor or manager for audit.
• Completes daily ticket sales report.
• Keeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold.
• Fills reservations for seats by telephone or mail, handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.
• Efficiently and courteously answer questions concerning prices, seating, and events.
• Gives information concerning coming attractions.
• Files various records and reports.
