Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Box Office Associate to manage ticket sales, Will Call, and customer service at events. Hours vary by event schedule, with most work on evenings and weekends. Expected to work 5–15 hours weekly, with flexibility around on-sale times.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, basic POS knowledge, and strong communication skills. Prior Ticketmaster experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open/close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute will call tickets using Ticketmaster.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and at the window.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and professional appearance.
• Foster energetic, polite relations with staff and guests.
• Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Safety training and company policies to be followed.
