Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Ticket Seller to support box office operations at venues in Grand Rapids, MI. You will handle ticket sales, assist guests with questions, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting during events.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience with ticketing systems and guest services is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months relatable experience required.
• Computer and money handling experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in computerized ticket systems and/or guest services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and process purchases in person or by phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Balance cash and prepare daily sales reports.
• Distribute Will Call tickets and verify tickets.
• Provide venue and event information; work independently.
