Job summary

Legends Global, at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, seeks a Ticket Seller for the Box Office to handle sales for shows and events. You will operate the window, process payments, and provide friendly, helpful service to patrons before and during events.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Training on the venue's ticketing system and Will-Call procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience
• Ability to work the ticket window with minimal supervision
• Flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Open/close ticket window as required
• Dispense tickets and handle cash accurately
• Maintain accurate sales records and daily totals
• Balance cash and tickets; prepare daily reports
• Handle Will-Call and seat reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions
