Job summary

LEGENDS & ASM GLOBAL seeks a Ticket Seller for the Florence Center, handling front-line sales and Will Call. You will greet patrons, issue tickets, process payments, and balance cash daily while providing event information and directions.

The role requires cash handling experience, basic computer skills, and strong English communication. Work is on-site, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year cash handling experience with excellent math skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and good communication; ability to work as a team.
• Ability to interact successfully with all coworkers and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Courteously interact with the public face to face.
• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Issue tickets accurately; take payment and make change.
• Maintain cash drawer and accurate accounting for ticket revenue.
• Provide information about tickets and events to the public.
• Direct issues to Box Office Manager/Director of Finance.
• Maintain a professional and neat work area.
• Assist customers with Will Call tickets.
• Balance cash and card drawer with manager at end of shift.
• Adhere to Box Office policies and procedures.
• Handle inquiries in person or by phone about events and schedules.
