Job summary

Legends is seeking a part-time Box Office representative to handle ticket sales, Will Call, and customer service during events. You will open/close windows, assist guests, and maintain a friendly, efficient guest experience.

Hours vary by event with evenings and weekends typical; pay is $14.84 per hour. Prior Ticketmaster or POS experience is a plus, and good communication is essential in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Background check per company policy.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Ticketmaster/venue box office experience preferred, not required.
• Outgoing, friendly and professional attitude for guest relations.
• Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Team-oriented in a high-volume environment; willingness to work varied event hours.

Responsibilities

• Open/close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute Will Call tickets using Ticketmaster.
• Answer customer questions over phone and at window.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and appearance.
• Foster energetic, professional relations with guests and staff.
• Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
