Job summary

LEGENDS is hiring a Ticket Seller for the Florence Center in Florence, SC. This on-site, hourly role requires courteous interaction with the public and accurate ticketing with cash handling support for events.

You will open and close the ticket window, provide event information, balance the cash drawer, and answer questions both in person and over the phone. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year cash handling experience and excellent math skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Ability to interact successfully with the public.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and accept payment; provide accurate change.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash with manager.
• Provide information about events and tickets to the public.
• Open/close ticket window and assist Will Call as needed.
• Adhere to box office policies and maintain a neat work area.
