Job summary

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in live event production or hospitality AV.
- Ability to read event diagrams, schedules and orders.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service focus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute event staging and technical setups.
- Support audio, video, lighting, scenic, and presentation systems.
- Review event orders and production schedules.
- Organize equipment, labor, and resources for events.
- Oversee load-in, setup, operation and strike activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide realtime solutions during events.
- Assist with inventory, maintenance, and documentation.
