M2Media in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to lead setup, operation, and tear-down of event technology across corporate meetings, concerts, and conferences. You will manage sound, lighting, video, streaming, and staging, ensuring client satisfaction and flawless execution.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years in AV, with hands-on skills in projectors, cameras, Crestron, and live sound.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of AV experience in events.
• Experience designing, installing, and operating AV systems.
• Proficiency with projectors, screens, cameras, streaming, and lighting.
• Knowledge of Crestron control systems.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and coordinate AV production for events.
• Handle corporate meetings, conferences, concerts, and live streams.
• Maintain equipment, schedules, and inventories.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure quality experiences.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues in real time.
