SEAS Productions is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage opportunities from inquiry through close. This role focuses on keeping deals organized, ensuring accurate proposals, and moving communications efficiently.

Ideal candidates have experience in live events or related production industries, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in live events, audiovisual, or production industries.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• CRM experience; HubSpot preferred.
• Able to communicate with clients professionally.
• Skilled multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage deals in HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain and organize contact and company records.
• Assist with proposals and quotes as directed by sales.
• Coordinate deal documentation and notes.
• Track deal progress and identify missing information.
• Support pipeline tracking and sales reporting.
• Ensure proposals are accurate before sending.
• Assist with client communication and calls/follow-ups.
• Maintain overall organization and efficiency of the sales process.
