iHeartMedia in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Promotions & Events team member to help bring our stations, talent, and clients to life through unforgettable experiences.

You’ll plan and execute local events, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to drive listener engagement and revenue. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events and promotions that align with branding and client objectives.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive listener engagement and revenue.
• Serve as on-site lead during events, ensuring smooth execution and representing iHeartMedia with professionalism and positive energy.
• Engage with listeners and clients to create memorable brand interactions and gather feedback.
• Maintain promotional inventory and ensure all materials are prepped and transported as needed.
• Support digital and social media efforts by capturing content and promoting events across platforms. Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, and client satisfaction.
