Job summary

iHeartMedia in Whitehall, PA is seeking a part-time Promotions & Events team member to help plan and execute local events, concerts, community activations, and live broadcasts across our stations.

You will coordinate logistics, support sales and marketing, lead on-site at events, engage listeners and clients, manage inventory, and assist with digital promotion and performance reporting. Flexible hours, strong organization, and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of local events and promotions.
• Coordinate venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to develop campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events with professionalism.
• Engage with listeners and clients to create brand interactions.
• Maintain promotional inventory and transport materials as needed.
• Support digital and social media efforts by capturing content and reporting performance.
