Job summary

Live Events, a national live event production company, seeks an experienced Project Manager in Thousand Oaks to bridge sales and operations, confirm scope accuracy, staff shows, and ensure clean handoffs to the warehouse. You will maintain schedules, lead site visits, and manage client relationships from launch to closeout.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within live entertainment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on live entertainment.
• Experience managing project budgets, labor costs, and subrental spend.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related on-site experience.
• FLEX, Google Workspace, and Monday.com are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review sold scope with sales to ensure accuracy and executability.
• Lead project launch, set up show workbook and production dates.
• Develop and maintain production and labor schedules and crew communications.
• Coordinate equipment sourcing, subrentals, and warehouse handoff.
• Manage client communications on-site and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete Post-Show Report and on-site payroll hours.
