Job summary

Live Events in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to bridge sales and operations for live entertainment projects. You will confirm scope, staff shows, and ensure a clean handoff to the warehouse, while maintaining strong client relationships from kickoff to closeout.

Responsibilities include planning launches, coordinating schedules and crews, managing equipment sourcing and warehouse handoffs, and delivering clear post-event reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in live entertainment.
• Client-facing role with strong customer service and relationship building.
• Knowledge of entertainment industry practices and norms.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of signal flow and systems (audio, lighting, video, rigging).
• Strong technical foundation in at least one discipline (audio, lighting, video, rigging).
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and subrental spend.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch projects; confirm scope with sales and executable plan.
• Lead project launch, set up show workbook, monday.com boards, and FLEX dates.
• Develop and maintain production and labor schedules; create call sheets.
• Coordinate staffing and crew communications for events.
• Manage equipment sourcing, subrentals, and warehouse handoff.
• Ensure on-site client communications with Sales; deliver high-quality work.
• Execute post-event communications and post-show reporting.
