Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno Libraries seeks a Manager of Events and Production to lead event media planning and live production for campus events. You will assess client needs, select technology and staff, and produce live media elements, ensuring smooth field and studio operations.

This leadership role manages professional and student staff, coordinating equipment, testing, and crisis response while collaborating with campus clients and university leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related professional work experience.
• Master's Degree with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Experience coordinating event media technology and supporting live events.
• Higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with campus clients to assess events media technology requirements.
• Develop plans to fulfill needs, procure equipment and staff, and test systems.
• Determine field and studio production equipment and personnel needs.
• Coordinate operation of production equipment in the field and studios.
