The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student at UNR with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, strong communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Canva, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Attend and contribute to weekly project and staff meetings.
• Coordinate and track Inkblot and Student Media timelines, schedules, and payments.
• Assist with client meetings and manage hours in Workday for student staff.
