University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a motivated Student Media and Marketing Student Lead to support the Coordinator, Student Publications and Marketing within the Center for Student Engagement. You will oversee Inkblot and Student Media workflows, manage schedules, hours, and communications, while partnering with designers and staff.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, project management, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student at UNR enrolled full time with 2.0 GPA.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with ASUN, Inkblot, and university policies.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to weekly Project Meetings.
• Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings.
• Manage and correct hours in Workday and related systems.
• Assist Inkblot Graphic Designer in client meetings.
• Maintain and manage print/media coordination (Visix).
• Support print release procedures with Marcom.
• Ensure projects are on time and meet brand guidelines.
• Prepare reports and proposals when necessary.
