Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno.
• Maintain a 2.0 GPA and be enrolled full time.
• Have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
• Understand ASUN, Inkblot, and university policies and why they exist.
• Be able to work 10+ hours per week in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to weekly Project Meetings.
• Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings.
• Hold Graphic Designers accountable for staying up to date on projects in the Project Management Software.
• Assist Inkblot Graphic Designer in facilitating Client Meetings.
• Manage W2W schedule for Inkblot Team members.
• Manage and correct hours on Workday for student reporting to Coordinator.
• Ensure contact for printing and other media (Visix) is maintained.
• Maintain Inkblot promotional event calendars with Marcom.
• Collaborate to ensure project management software is maintained and used.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with good quality.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and brand compliant.
