Job summary

The University’s Production Manager will ensure the successful running of all University and off campus events. Coordinates with full-time staff and supervises student workers of the Special Events office to ensure completion of work.

Must have a high school diploma, with experience or additional education in event production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently plan, coordinate, and lead small-scale events.

• Must have a high school diploma with experience or education in event production.
• Ideal candidate can independently plan, coordinate and lead small-scale events.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Proactive, resourceful and adaptable with initiative and prioritization.
• Excellent customer service and sound judgment are essential.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful running of University and off-campus events.
