Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Operations Manager to lead staff during events at Bethel Woods Pavilion. You will motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service and manage both catering and event operations in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to oversee large staff while maintaining safety and quality standards. This full-time role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a food and beverage managerial role.
• MS Word, MS Excel, POS Proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees, including supervisors, during busy events.
• Maintain safety, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead front and back of house operations and ensure venue readiness.
• Train staff on procedures, equipment, and service standards.
• Coordinate staffing levels with management for events.
