Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all Operations activities, ensure facility readiness, and manage budgets and vendor relationships. This role requires coordinating with multiple departments and contractors to guarantee top-tier event execution.

The ideal candidate will oversee safety, compliance, and staff supervision, with a strong emphasis on planning, communication, and operational excellence in a fast-paced live-events environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or maintenance engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or management experience in a similar facility.
• Experience with facilities operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and schedules all Operations activities across Building/Grounds, Event Conversion, ADA compliance, and Custodial Services.
• Coordinates Operations with other departments and event contractors for readiness and smooth operations.
• Implements and updates facility rules, policies, and procedures for compliance and safety.
• Acts as liaison with external agencies and serves as Manager on Duty when required.
