Job summary

Greenleaf Hospitality Group, through Wings Event Center, seeks a Special Events Coordinator to plan, detail, and execute events. You will work with the Special Events Manager, clients, internal departments, vendors, and staff to ensure events are properly planned and delivered.

You translate client requirements into clear operational directions for internal teams, manage pre-event and post-event follow-ups, and maintain event documentation and layouts using AutoCAD web, Event Draw, or similar

Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing live events.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned events from setup to post-event follow-up.
• Serve as on-site contact and provide operational support before, during, and after events.
• Create and maintain event documentation, layouts, schedules, and production sheets.
