Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Specialist to support planning and execution of Coliseo de Puerto Rico events under supervision of the Event & Security Manager. You will coordinate communication between promoters and event staff, ensuring successful event delivery.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in facility/hospitality management or related field and have 2+ years in stadium/arena event management, with strong customer service and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human behavior and crowd management principles.
• Excellent customer service is required.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including promoters and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between promoters and event staff to ensure successful events.
• Assist with event deployment and load-in/load-out coordination.
• Support pre-event production meetings and information sharing with departments and contractors.
• Identify risks and implement safe logistics; manage crowd behavior during events.
• Represent Legends Global professionally and handle customer inquiries.
