Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Set-Up/Turnover Supervisor to lead a team for Coliseo de Puerto Rico, coordinating set-ups, safety, and on-time delivery. The role reports to the Set-Up Manager and requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet event demands.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in CAD/floor plan tools, with a strong focus on organization and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of related experience in similar position; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge in facility capabilities, industry terminology, floor plans, event related services and technical requirements for varied events.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish and English.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and other industrial equipment related to event setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operation over a team of entry-level employees to meet demand of both external and internal customers.
• Oversees scheduling and management of full-time and subcontracted employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee the compliance of operational policies and keeping up to date with the progress of administrative duties.
• Interacts with other departmental managers to determine needs of Customer events.
