Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Set-Up/Turnover Supervisor for the Coliseo de Puerto Rico. You will oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and delivery of work within budget, working with internal and external partners to meet event demands.

Requires leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring safety, and coordinating across shifts to optimize operations for diverse events.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of related experience in similar position. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge in facility capabilities, industry terminology, floor plans, event related services and technical requirements for varied events

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct day-to-day operations for the Set-Up Department.
• Oversee scheduling and management of full-time and subcontracted employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to determine event needs.
• Operate and manage equipment relevant to event setup.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Communicate across shifts for smooth handoffs.
• Monitor and report on department performance.
