Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Set-Up/Turnover Supervisor for the Coliseo de Puerto Rico. You will lead a team of entry‑level staff, manage scheduling (full-time and subcontractors), and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across events.

Strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English is required, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The role reports to the Set-Up Manager and requires coordinating with other departments to meet customer event needs, plus hands-on use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operation over a team of entry-level employees to meet demand of both external and internal customers.
• Oversees scheduling and management of full-time and subcontracted employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee the compliance of operational policies and keeping up to date with the progress of administrative duties.
• Communicate with other departmental managers to determine needs of Customer events.
• Operate self-propelled material handling or mechanical lift equipment.
• Assist with the training and development of the production services staff.
• Coordinate and communicate with staff to ensure smooth operation between shifts and proper handoff of operation.
• Observe and analyze overall efficiency and report findings to upper management.
