Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Staff member for Petersen Events Center and Victory Heights Arena to deliver friendly guest service, assist with ticket scanning, ushering, and crowd management during athletic events, concerts, and conferences.

The role requires professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with shifts that occur in evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer/guest service, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or event experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• GUEST EXPERIENCE: Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• TICKETING & ENTRY: Scan tickets and verify guest entry using handheld scanners.
• USHERING: Assist guests in locating seats and maintaining clear aisles.
• CROWD MANAGEMENT: Help with crowd movement and maintain orderly traffic flow.
