Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker at The Oncenter to help create a positive event experience by greeting guests, scanning tickets, assisting with seating, and supporting ADA accommodations. This part-time position is non-exempt and schedule-dependent, with hours varying by event.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year prior experience in guest services/customer service.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide event information.
• Scan guest tickets and assist with seating as needed.
• Assist guests with disabilities including ADA accommodations.
• Monitor aisles and stairs to keep them clear and safe.
• Address questions or complaints and escalate when needed.
• Identify and respond to emergencies with Supervisors when appropriate.
• Keep seating areas clean and free of debris.
• Adhere to dress code and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
