Legends Global at the Petersen Events Center and Victory Heights Arena is hiring part-time Event Staff to deliver a safe, welcoming guest experience during athletic events, concerts, family shows, commencements, and conferences.

You will assist with ticket scanning, ushering, crowd management, ADA accommodations, directions, seating, and keeping exits and aisles clear, all while remaining professional in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or event staff preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and assist with directions.
• Scan tickets and verify entry using handheld scanners.
• Assist guests to seats and keep aisles clear.
• Support crowd management and maintain orderly flow.
