Job summary

Legends Global is recruiting Event Staff to support events at the Petersen Events Center and Victory Heights Arena in Pittsburgh, PA. You will assist with ticket scanning, ushering, crowd management, and ADA accommodations to create a welcoming, safe guest experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong communication and teamwork. The role requires professionalism in fast-paced event environments, with shifts that vary by athletic events, concerts, and other occasions.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service or event experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• GUEST EXPERIENCE: Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them to entrances, seating, restrooms, and concessions.
• TICKETING & ENTRY: Scan tickets and verify entry; assist with ticket validation and use of mobile devices.
• USHERING: Help guests locate seats and keep aisles and exits clear.
• CROWD MANAGEMENT: Manage lines and maintain smooth flow during events.
