Job summary

Legends Global is seeking Event Staff to create a safe, welcoming experience at the Petersen Events Center and Victory Heights Arena. You will provide outstanding guest service, assist with ticket scanning, ushering, and crowd management during athletic events, concerts, and other gatherings.

Ideal candidates are professional, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior guest service or event-related work is preferred, with a willingness to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Previous customer/guest service, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or event experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Provide directions and assist guests in locating entrances, seating sections, restrooms, concessions, merchandise, and other venue amenities.
Answer guest questions regarding venue policies and event information.
Resolve guest concerns or elevate issues to supervisors when appropriate.
Scan tickets and verify guest entry using handheld ticket scanners.
Monitor entrances and assist with guest flow during ingress and egress.
Assist guests in locating seats and keeping aisles clear.
Support crowd management and manage guest lines during events.
