Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Guest Services - Usher/Ticket Taker to be the first point of contact for guests inside the venue. You will provide a safe, welcoming environment and support event operations with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include directing guests, scanning entry, managing wristbands, assisting ADA patrons, and upholding venue policies. Prior event experience is a plus; availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous event or venue experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to restrooms, coat checks, VIP areas, and seating as needed.
• Scan tickets and manage wristbands for entry and access levels.
• Enforce venue policies and assist in emergency evacuations when required.
• Monitor guest flow and assist ADA patrons.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns with a professional demeanor.
