Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Manager Ticketing to oversee end-to-end ticketing for events, partnering with venue teams and artist management to optimize inventory and sales reporting. You will develop ticketing programs and discounted packages to drive engagement and revenue.

The role requires building shows in ticketing software, managing holds, and coordinating with groups such as Groupon and Living Social. Strong leadership, communication, and box office experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4–6 years in related work, entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Experience in live entertainment and box office operations is expected.
• Proficient with Ticketmaster/AXS and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather show information from artists/talent buyers to build shows in ticketing software.
• Develop scaling for each show based on artist/venue market.
• Manage ticket holds and process orders for artists/management and internal buys.
• Prepare and distribute daily ticket counts for agents and departments.
