Job summary

AEG Presents is hiring a Box Office Agent in Las Vegas. You will provide guests with event details, seating options and price structures to help them pick the best tickets. You’ll process orders and collect payments while following cash handling procedures.

The position requires strong customer service, effective communication and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of related work experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate event details, seating options, price structures and help guests choose tickets.
• Process ticket orders and collect payments.
• Follow cash handling and inventory procedures to protect assets.
• Greet customers and assist with information requests.
• Upsell to related events when opportunities arise.
