Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Manager Ticketing for Portland’s live venue operations. You will own end-to-end ticketing, inventory control, and reporting, partnering with venue teams and artist management to optimize sales and engagement.

Responsibilities include building shows in ticketing software, managing holds/orders, and coordinating with groups like Groupon/Living Social. The role requires leadership, flexibility, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Experience in live entertainment and the music/ticketing industry.
• supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms (AXS, Ticketmaster).
• Strong organization, budgeting basics and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather show information to build shows in the ticketing system.
• Manage ticket holds and process orders for artist management.
• Prepare and distribute daily ticket counts for stakeholders.
• Coordinate discounts with partners and venues.
• Train new staff on ticketing processes and operations.
• Collaborate with events groups on pop-up box offices when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
