Opry Entertainment Group in Nashville, TN seeks a Box Office Agent to be the first point of contact for music fans. You will sell tickets, handle inquiries, process transactions, and provide information about events and tours.

The role requires strong guest service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for live music and our venues. This is a part-time position supporting peak periods and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in guest service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer knowledge/skills required.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide directions and information. Maintain knowledge of products, services and venue histories.
• Facilitate ticket sales and distribution. Process payments, issue tickets, and assist with virtual tickets.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in person and over the phone.
• Use ticketing systems and software; report issues to management.
• Troubleshoot guest service issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Adapt to evolving processes and technologies; participate in training and feedback.
• Communicate ticketing discrepancies to the corporate ticketing department.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shared workspace.
• Follow corporate standards, policies and procedures; uphold integrity and brand SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
