Opry Entertainment Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will help guests explore merchandise, process transactions, and maintain engaging, well‑stocked displays in venues ranging from gift shops to live performances.

You'll share your passion for music heritage, upsell thoughtfully, and support sales programs while welcoming energetic crowds into our spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a high-energy venue environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests and actively greet visitors.
• Process sales transactions using POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain merchandising, keep displays tidy, and relay inventory concerns.
• Upsell products and share information about events and venues.
• Collaborate with team to support sales programs and achieve targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
