Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Manager Labor Control to oversee scheduling and labor relations for show-site operations in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on coordinating labor resources, ensuring safety, and maintaining high service standards for live events.

Ideal candidates will have management and collective bargaining experience, strong data analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to meet event needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two years of management experience required.
• Experience managing under a collective bargaining agreement.
• Experience managing a multi-site workforce.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills; translate insights into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise labor on show sites, including hiring and discipline.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with Directors and Department Heads on labor needs for events.
• Log timecards and maintain records for payroll and billing.
• Lead by example to promote safety and accountability across teams.
• Allocate local event labor and union/contract labor as needed.
• Submit timecards to Payroll and track labor metrics.
