Job summary

Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, seeks an Event Programmer to support event management for clients across multiple states. You will input events, resolve data issues, and collaborate with promoters and internal teams to ensure accurate event information and timely updates.

The role requires 1–3 years’ Ticketmaster experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, or holidays. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or similar.
• Strong service orientation, organization, and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and manage schedules including weekends.
• Data entry proficient; highly detail oriented.
• H.S. diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input event data accurately into Ticketmaster Host system and fix errors.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal teams on events.
• Build events and update details per client requests.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
