Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an Event Programmer to support Ticketmaster events in Arizona and neighboring states. You will build events, update event data, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 1–3 years experience with the Ticketmaster system or related field, strong communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a passion for live events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience.
• Service oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to successfully handle multiple priorities.
• Box Office experience a plus.
• BA/BS degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements.
• Input event data into Ticketmaster Host system accurately and fix errors.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal teams on events.
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients.
• On-Call schedule rotation; after hours, weekends, holidays.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by seniors/managers.
