Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking an Event Programmer to join the Field Operations team. The role supports client event management needs, building events, and updating events per work requests. Location includes multiple US states, with some travel and weekend/evening coverage.

The position requires data accuracy, strong communication, and familiarity with Host, EventPro, EMT, and TM1 suite products. You will collaborate across marketing, accounting, and operations to ensure service levels are met.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience
• Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
• Must have ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
• Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments when creating events and distributing information
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
