Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking an Event Programmer to support client event management, including building and updating events in the Ticketmaster Host system. The role involves collaborating with clients, promoters, and internal teams to ensure timely information flow and accurate event data.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of Ticketmaster experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System
• Service oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
• Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required
• Box Office experience a plus
• Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
• HS diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve related errors
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments for events and information distribution
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-call rotation for after-hours, weekend and holiday support
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Event Specialist, EM Manager, or Regional Director
