Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking an Event Programmer to support our Field Operations team in building events and updating event information for clients. You will work with promoters, clients, marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support to ensure precision and timely communication.

The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends, and up to 10% travel. A strong focus on service, organization and problem solving is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field
• Service oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Creative problem solving and attention to detail
• Box Office experience a plus
• Entertainment industry awareness

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management SLAs
• Input event data accurately into Ticketmaster Host and resolve errors
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, marketing, accounting, customer service, and operations
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-call rotation including after-hours, weekends and holidays
• Support additional duties as assigned by EM leadership
