Job summary

Ticketmaster’s Event Management team seeks an Event Programmer to support clients in all event needs, including building and updating events. You'll input data, resolve issues, and coordinate with marketing, accounting, customer service, and operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field.
• Strong service orientation and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet SLA.
• Creativity, problem solving, and entertainment knowledge are valued.
• Flexible schedule including some Saturdays, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements.
• Input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve errors.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments on events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• On-call rotation; after-hours, weekend and holiday support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by EM leadership.
