Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking an Event Programmer to support clients in event management, building events, and updating event details based on client requests. The role requires coordination with clients, promoters, and internal departments to ensure accurate data entry and timely event updates.

The position emphasizes service level agreement adherence, flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings, and potential travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet SLAs
• Basic problem solving and creativity are expected
• Box Office experience is a plus
• Entertainment business awareness is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
• Input event data accurately into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve errors
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal teams during event setup and updates
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients
• On‑call rotation for after-hours, weekends, and holidays
