Job summary

Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking a Production Operations Specialist to lead live event operations across multiple divisions. You will coordinate logistics, manage deployments, and ensure safety and on-time execution of events nationwide and in the Southeast.

In this role you will supervise production crews, mentor staff, and maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory while traveling 50-120 days a year. A high school diploma is required, with advanced hospitality or operations studies preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in live events, operations, logistics, hospitality, production, construction, or project coordination preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with eligibility for coverage under the company's vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing travel schedules

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup, operation, and teardown of live events and hospitality environments
• Plan event logistics, deployment schedules, and operational timelines
• Support event managers and leadership in executing successful events
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies to company standards
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation of operations
