Job summary

ASM Global seeks an experienced production lead to manage staffing, scheduling, and execution of events. You will serve as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with departments and contractors to ensure flawless operations.

The role requires a deep understanding of audio, video, lighting, and networking systems, plus the ability to meet tight schedules and maintain equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with digital audio, video displays, lighting, and networking.
• Extensive knowledge of digital audio consoles and IP networks.
• Experience as an audio engineer in arenas and concert environments.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates, staff production personnel, and schedule events from concept to completion.
• Lead assigned shows as primary production lead and contact for operations, staffing, and execution.
• Schedule house crew for events and coordinate with other departments and contractors.
• Assist with Public Safety, Security, and Custodial needs as assigned by the Director of Event Services.
• Maintain production equipment, spaces, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
