Job summary

Greenawalt Hospitality seeks a hands-on Facilities & Asset Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and asset readiness across offices, warehouses, and fleet equipment. You’ll coordinate repairs, manage preventive maintenance, and maintain asset records for deployed events nationwide.

You will build relationships with mechanics, contractors, and vendors while budgeting for repairs and capital improvements. This role requires travel and a focus on reliability and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and asset lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or maintenance projects.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, appearance, and readiness of offices, warehouses, storage yards, and facilities.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance projects.
• Ensure properties are safe, organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.
• Monitor facility systems and vendor services as needed.
• Manage readiness of vehicles, trailers, event equipment, and operational assets.
• Coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment servicing.
• Support equipment deployment, transportation, and post‑event recovery.
• Ensure assets remain organized and properly stored for operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanics, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Coordinate repair projects, facility improvements, and maintenance services.
• Solicit quotes, negotiate pricing, and oversee vendor performance.
• Assist with budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of company assets, maintenance history, warranties, inspections, and inventory.
• Oversee asset tracking systems and improve accountability across departments.
• Monitor asset utilization and recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding asset performance.
