Qualifications

• 3+ years in event technology, venue operations or live event production.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating event operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of professional audiovisual systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily event operations including setup, execution, and tear down activities.
• Coordinate staffing assignments, labor deployment, and event schedules.
• Supervise technical staff and ensure adherence to departmental standards.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, presenters, and venue personnel.
• Conduct pre-event reviews and assist with operational planning.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and technical resource deployment.
• Monitor event execution and proactively address operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational policies.
• Support inventory management, equipment readiness, and maintenance initiatives.
• Escalate technical, staffing, or customer service concerns as necessary.
